A leading water services company is seeking qualified Lifeguards for the upcoming Spring/Summer 2026 season at Rutland Water Park. Qualifications

  • Must be a qualified Lifeguard with lifesaving qualifications.

Are you a qualified Lifeguard and looking for an opportunity over the summer and weekends?

What you will be doing?

You will be responding with urgency and efficiency to any swimmers and visitors in distress. Providing first‑class service to all visitors whilst observing and supervising them to ensure beach and park rules are observed. Conduct regular checks and enforce safety guidelines, and assist with setting up and maintaining facilities.

We welcome hundreds of visitors at Rutland Water Park every year and we would love to continue the tradition in Summer 2026 by giving people a place to spend time with their family outdoors.

What does it take to be an Anglian Water Lifeguard?
  • Trained Lifeguards need to have achieved the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and/or Open Water (OWL) Qualification

  • Excellent communication and social skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong swimmer

  • Ability to have fun and be fun
