A primary SEMH school are seeking an enthusiastic Nurture Teacher to join their school. This will be a full-time position on a long-term basis starting September 2025. There will be an opportunity to go permanent upon review. The position will be paid to scale (M3 - M6).
The role will require you to deliver the highest level of education to students with SEMH. You will be required to teach a mixed KS1 and 2 class, the focus will be on core subjects and life skills. The class has 7 students with 2 Teaching Assistants for support. You will be responsible for creating a safe, positive, and structured environment for students to thrive within. You will need to independently plan and deliver lessons while tracking students' progress to each of their individual needs.
