We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sports Teacher to join an ambitious, forward-thinking, and fully inclusive community secondary school, set in the beautiful rural surroundings of Bedfordshire (MK44).

Requirements
  • Experience of delivering and/or participating in sport and physical activities
  • Experience of working with young people, ideally in an educational setting
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and to use initiative when required
  • Confidence using IT systems, including email, Word, Excel, and Publisher
  • The ability to manage conflicting demands, deadlines, and interruptions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An understanding of child protection and safeguarding responsibilities
  • A genuine passion for education and a strong belief in the potential of every student
  • A willingness to undertake training and ongoing professional development
Preferred
  • Relevant teaching or sports-related qualifications are preferred
