Position: Key Stage 1 Teacher
Location: Ealing, West London
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: Outer London MPS/UPS ( 36,413 - 53,994 for (Apply online only
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum for KS1
Assess and track pupil progress, using this to inform planning and support
Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children thrive
Collaborate closely with colleagues, contributing to a strong team ethos and shared planning
Support pupils with diverse backgrounds and needs, including EAL and SEND
Take on subject leadership in a curriculum area such as Phonics, Early Literacy, or Science, with full support from SLT
Maintain a strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare at all times
Ideal Candidate
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has experience teaching within a UK primary school (KS1 experience preferred)
Demonstrates a deep understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and assessment strategies
Brings creativity, enthusiasm, and care to their teaching
Is reflective, adaptable, and eager to grow within a supportive school environment
Values inclusion, cultural diversity, and working in partnership with families
A second language is desirable but not essential, as the school serves a wonderfully multilingual community
