Join our dedicated Inclusion team to make a real difference in supporting students with physical disabilities and medical needs., As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning by providing tailored support with mobility, personal care, and access to the curriculum. Working under the guidance of the SENDCO, you'll assist in creating an inclusive environment where every student can thrive. Your responsibilities will include supporting individual students and groups, liaising with teachers and medical professionals, and contributing to the development of individual plans and health care strategies. This position is term time only plus one week, within a collaborative and supportive school community committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. You'll also have opportunities to participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and career progression.
