A leading Waste Management company is seeking a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager. The role involves building long-term client relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years’ experience in waste management, a proven sales track record, and a valid UK driving license. Compensation includes a salary of £45-50K DOE with uncapped commission and benefits.
Sales Executive / Business Development Manager required for a leading Waste Management & Recycling organisation.
Sales Executive / Business Development Manager - Waste management. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term client partnerships while working closely with senior decision-makers and stakeholders. You will focus on uncovering new business opportunities, producing accurate sales reporting, and providing solutions to client needs. Regular customer visits across the Midlands will form a key part of your role, alongside collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service. A major focus will be on improving waste management solutions and producing well-structured proposals that support growth and client satisfaction.
Salary: £45–50K DOE, with uncapped commission, company car, and pension package. Location: Midlands.
