A growing fuel services company in Halifax is seeking a Sales Representative to handle outbound calls and connect with businesses regarding their fuel needs. Ideal candidates are confident communicators who can thrive in a busy environment and are eager to learn. We’re Motia. We help businesses fuel their fleets – and we’re growing fast.Right now, we’ve got space on our Sales Team for someone who’s curious, confident on the phone, and ready to learn.
Sales experience? Handy, but not essential. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
This is a phone-based role.You’ll be speaking to new customers, finding out what they need, and showing them how our fuel cards and services can help.You won’t be reading from a script – you’ll be learning how to listen, ask the right questions, and offer the right solution.
Please note this is an onsite role and we are based in Dean Clough Mill, Halifax. You will need to be able to commute to this location Monday to Friday to be successful with your application. W.e are currently recruiting for our intake on 12th January 2026
If you’ve worked in sales before, great.If not, that’s fine too – many of our best reps hadn’t either.
