Well known for its use of locally sourced and self-sourced ingredients, the successful senior chef de partie will be a passionate chef who enjoys working with fresh and local ingredients. An establishment with an incredible reputation, you will have a natural ability to create exceptional dishes using fresh and local ingredients, with an ambitious approach for career progression.

The successful Senior Chef de Partie responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, adhering to restaurant processes.
• Maintain a clean and organised work station.
• Assist with the development of junior chefs including demi/commis chef.
• Ensure compliance with all food and safety regulations.
