A leading healthcare provider is looking for a Senior Agile Research Delivery Team Clinical Research Practitioner to join their team in the East Midlands. This role involves leading the delivery of clinical research studies, operational management of projects, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should hold a relevant degree and possess leadership experience in healthcare settings. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work autonomously and travel across the region.
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant field.
- CRPs should be on or working towards accredited registration.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of NIHR RDN studies across varied health settings.
- Operational management of multiple projects, including recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice and regulatory requirements.
