A leading education organisation is seeking a People Policy & Compliance Lead to develop, implement, and monitor people policies and compliance frameworks. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards while producing reports for management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of safeguarding and equality laws, along with skills in data analysis and reporting. GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above are required.
This is an exciting opportunity for a People Policy Specialist to join a leading education organisation.
Reporting into the People Policy and Compliance Lead you will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the organisation's people policies, processes and compliance frameworks.
You should have a track record of developing and implementing effective people policies, processes and compliance frameworks. A strong working knowledge of safeguarding, GDPR, Equality and Diversity laws needs to be combined with an ability to analyse data and create reports. GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above is essential.
