Invest NI is seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, a flagship initiative within the organisation's digital transformation programme.
This post sits within the Internal Operations Division and reports to the Business Improvement Manager. The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of the CRM project - from requirements capture and procurement to design, testing, training, and implementation - ensuring the solution is user-focused, efficient, and strategically aligned.
Following completion of the CRM implementation (expected to take approximately two years), the postholder will assume responsibility for leading other key initiatives on Invest NI's Digital Technology Roadmap.
