A major financial institution is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the Conduct Quality Control strategy and manage conduct-related investigations. You will lead a diverse team towards excellence, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and continuous improvement. LOCATION(S): Edinburgh, Leeds, Halifax
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites
