A leading global insurance group is seeking an FP&A Analyst to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making processes. This role involves performing financial analysis, supporting the implementation of a new EPM platform, and leading initiatives around automation and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, prior FP&A experience, and excellent communication abilities. With a focus on collaboration and a culture that values diversity, this position offers opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic environment.
Howden is a global insurance group with employee ownership at its heart. Together, we have pushed the boundaries of insurance. We are united by a shared passion and no-limits mindset, and our strength lies in our ability to collaborate as a powerful international team comprised of 23,000 employees spanning over 56 countries.
People join Howden for many different reasons, but they stay for the same one: our culture. It’s what sets us apart, and the reason our employees have been turning down headhunters for years. Whatever your priorities – work / life balance, career progression, sustainability, volunteering – you’ll find like-minded people driving change at Howden.
We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our team and support the next phase of growth of the business. You will play a critical role in providing strategic insight and analysis that drive decision making across the organisation, whilst also supporting finance transformation activities to enhance capabilities within the function including implementation of new finance systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment and enjoys delivering transformation with tangible benefit. You will work closely with divisional FP&A leads and senior stakeholders to develop reporting and analytics capability, provide insight on performance drivers, enhance budget and reforecast processes and shape our financial strategy.
The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset, be comfortable managing multiple priorities, have strong stakeholder management skills, and have excellent communication and business partnering skills.
