A not-for-profit organization is looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders with high-level administrative tasks. This role involves managing complex diaries, facilitating meetings, and contributing to governance processes. WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Executive Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership and helping deliver positive outcomes for the wider community.
As an Executive Assistant you will provide high-level executive and project management support, managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring actions are followed through effectively. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to organisational planning and performance reporting.
The Executive Assistant will also support governance processes, assist with board and committee administration, and help analyse organisational data to inform strategic decision-making. This role requires discretion, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
