Qualifications

  • Experience in supply chain operations, customer service coordination, or data/reporting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, BI tools, and supply chain data.
  • Advanced Excel skills with Power Query experience being a strong advantage.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the coordination point between fulfilment centres, supply chain teams, and business units.
  • Monitor and report on open orders, back orders, and service-impacting delays.
  • Communicate order delays and supplier issues to customer service and supply chain teams.
  • Manage urgent service requests within agreed SLAs to protect customer commitments.
  • Collect, consolidate, and validate SAP and BI data for service and availability reporting.
  • Support reporting automation and data preparation using Excel and Power Query tools.
  • Provide clear and timely information to stakeholders regarding service performance and order status.

Role Overview

As our Service & Data Excellence (SDE) Coordinator - Contact Lenses, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless service and data accuracy across our EMEA Supply Chain organization. Acting as the central link between fulfilment centres and business units, you'll provide visibility on product availability, manage open orders, and support stakeholders with timely, reliable information. This is a 12-month fixed-term assignment based in London, offering you the opportunity to make a measurable impact in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
