Junior Project Manager - High-End Luxury Construction
Salary: c£34,000 - £42,000 per annum + Car Allowance and Benefits
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Location: London / Surrey / South East

This is a unique opportunity to help lead prestigious construction projects from concept to completion, working with a small but award-winning company renowned for its industry expertise and luxury offerings. This role will involve a varied Junior Construction Project Management experience.

About the Company:
Our client is a small business with a big industry presence, recently recognised for their excellence with prestigious awards. They deliver bespoke, high-end construction projects for both commercial and residential clients, setting the standard for quality and luxury. As they continue to grow and secure new contracts, they are looking for a Junior Project Manager to assist and oversee high-spec projects in London and across the South East.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of a portfolio of premium, bespoke projects. You will work closely with various teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role offers a dynamic environment, with regular travel to project sites in London and the South East, while maintaining flexibility with some remote work.

1. Manage high-spec, luxury construction projects from design to completion.
2. Liaise with Sales, Design, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth project handover and site operations.
3. Organise and co-ordinate in-house labour and sub-contractors.
4. Communicate regularly with logistics to ensure materials and equipment meet project demands.
5. Provide regular updates to clients via internal database and manage client correspondence.
6. Monitor job costs and progress against budgets during management meetings.
7. Ensure variations are identified and signed off.
8. Represent the company at site meetings, take minutes, and keep clients informed of progress.
9. Oversee Health & Safety procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.

The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in Construction Project Management
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage projects
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across London and the South East
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Ability to work closely with design teams and maintain a high standard of project delivery
