Are you looking for a remote role where you're trusted to manage your own caseload, yet still feel part of a collaborative and friendly team?

This is a fully remote conveyancing position handling your own residential caseload from instruction to post‑completion. The work will include:

• Managing a caseload of residential property transactions including freehold, leasehold, registered, and unregistered titles
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, new builds, and leaseholds
• Carrying out title checks (desirable, but not essential)
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents, and lenders to ensure smooth progress
• Working autonomously with full administrative support and access to case management systems
• Keeping clients informed with a proactive and personable approach

The successful candidate will be an experienced residential conveyancer who can confidently manage a caseload from start to finish. You will have:

• Significant experience in handling your own conveyancing caseload independently
• Experience dealing with leasehold properties (essential)
• Strong understanding of the full transaction process including post‑completion
• Ideally, experience in title checking
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A self‑motivated, reliable, and proactive attitude
• Either be qualified (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer) or non‑qualified with extensive hands‑on experience
