Job summary
An international consulting firm is seeking a Consulting Principal for their Capital Markets practice. This role, based in London, involves leading advisory engagements, shaping go-to-market strategies, and evaluating regulatory developments. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in Capital Markets and a strong consulting background. This hybrid position requires three days per week in the London office while offering opportunities to mentor others and lead innovative projects.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of Capital Markets experience is required.
- Demonstrated success in consulting roles within post-trade or securities services.
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets market infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead Capital Markets consulting and advisory engagements.
- Evaluate regulatory and policy developments.
- Shape solution roadmaps with technology teams.
- Drive RFP/RFI/RFX responses for innovation programmes.
- Collaborate with cloud providers and RegTech firms.
- Produce high-quality thought leadership materials.
- Mentor team members and foster development.
- Act as a subject-matter expert in forums and discussions.
