Qualifications

• Experience of HSG274, Approved Code of Practice L8, and Health Care Memorandum (HTM).
• Strong background in legionella, water treatment, water hygiene.
• Flexible with work hours and able to work at height.

Responsibilities

• Implement maintenance services and planned preventative maintenance.
• Monitor water systems in designated buildings.
• Assist in maintenance and repair activities.
