Qualifications

• 10–15 years of Capital Markets experience is required.
• Demonstrated success in consulting roles within post-trade or securities services.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets market infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead Capital Markets consulting and advisory engagements.
• Evaluate regulatory and policy developments.
• Shape solution roadmaps with technology teams.
• Drive RFP/RFI/RFX responses for innovation programmes.
• Collaborate with cloud providers and RegTech firms.
• Produce high-quality thought leadership materials.
• Mentor team members and foster development.
• Act as a subject-matter expert in forums and discussions.
