Support and assist qualified nursing staff in delivering high standards of person-centred care to patients and those important to them. Observe and report the patients general condition to the qualified nursing staff. Have a basic understanding of the holistic needs of the patients and those important to them, and communicate with them as appropriate, referring to a qualified nurse when necessary.

Salary: 0-2 years experience £24,554. 2+ years experience £24,866
