Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Director of Quality for a prominent pharmaceutical manufacturing organization in the South East of England. In this senior leadership role, you will shape the quality strategy, lead a high-performing QA/QC team, and ensure compliance with GxP standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector and quality leadership. This role supports a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility while driving quality excellence across operations.
Qualifications
- Experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing or biotechnology is essential.
- Deep knowledge of GxP regulations and industry best practices.
- Proven quality leadership experience managing managers and/or department heads.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA and QC managers.
- Partner cross-functionally to embed a culture of quality excellence.
- Act as the point of contact for UK and European health authorities.
- Drive continuous improvement of quality systems and processes.
