Secondary Schools | Lambeth

Full‑time | 5 days per week

Are you passionate about supporting young people to thrive emotionally, socially, and academically? We are seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Worker to join a number of inclusive and supportive secondary schools across Lambeth.

This is a rewarding full‑time role, ideal for someone who is committed to making a real difference in students' lives and is looking to develop a long‑term career within education.

The Role

As a Pastoral Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide one‑to‑one and small group pastoral support to students
  • Support students with emotional regulation, behaviour, attendance, and wellbeing
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils who may face social, emotional, or behavioural challenges
  • Work closely with teaching staff, SEN teams, and safeguarding leads
  • Act as a consistent and positive role model within the school environment
  • Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive school culture
