Responsibilities
- Conduct pricing/execution/hedging using automated trading infrastructure.
- Expand automated trading business to new products and venues.
- Research and back-test to improve pricing and execution algorithms.
- Conduct daily market sentiment and risk analysis.
- Perform post-trade analysis of strategies.
Skills
Education
The Quant Trading team is responsible for trading and managing risks associated with different crypto products, including spots and derivatives. The team develops and implements trading strategies in fast‑paced and complex trading environments.
- Conduct pricing/execution/hedging to facilitate flow business by leveraging our automated trading infrastructure.
- Expand automated trading business to new trading products and venues, calibrate and fine‑tune the performance.
- Research and back‑test to improve our pricing and execution algorithms.
- Conduct daily market sentiment, risk exposure, P&L and reporting.
- Conduct post‑trade analysis of trading strategies and algo performance.
- Work with trading developers to improve our pricing/execution/booking logic.
- Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, quantitative finance or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of trading experience is preferred.
- Think critically and strive for continuous improvement.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail.
- Familiar with Python and have a keen interest to expand your technical skills.
