Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the conversation – Engage and consult with C‑level executives from medium to large businesses (£10m‑£250m) across a wide range of industries.
  • Cold calling – Primary outreach method will be cold calling; should be comfortable and confident using it to generate new business opportunities.
  • Understand client needs – Learn about clients’ businesses, identify key challenges, and demonstrate how the company’s FX solutions can provide value.
  • Collaborate and grow – Work closely with analysts and strategists to deliver tailored risk management solutions and over time develop the expertise to create these solutions independently.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience – At least 3 months in an outbound sales or cold‑calling role.
  • Strong communicator – A professional phone manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Driven and motivated – A self‑starter with a positive attitude and a strong desire to hit and exceed targets.
  • Personality – Confident, engaging, and able to build rapport quickly.
  • Tech‑savvy – Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
