Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate Client Service Charter.
• Engage with brokers and clients for effective communication.
• Analyze broker performance and provide actionable insights.
• Participate in new pitch meetings and renewal meetings.
• Report to the Claims Relationship Manager.
