Exciting opportunity for a Building Inspector (Quality Control Inspector) to join the employer's friendly and professional team. They are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible to carry out inspections.
Location of work includes Greater London, Kent, Sussex. Key areas in London include Southwark, Havering, and Wembley.
Suitable Clerk of Works candidates will be creative, collaborative, and will work well with the construction and project team. A keen eye for detail and document/drawing review is a must to highlight areas of concern at an early stage so they can be investigated to improve reliability in build and end product.
The successful candidate will hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
