Job summary

A global service leader in Aberdeen is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to deliver comprehensive quantity surveying services for hard services and engineering projects. The ideal candidate must hold a relevant degree and have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a related field, alongside strong negotiation and communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a construction or facilities management environment.
• Proven experience in budget and cost management with strong commercial acumen.
• Knowledge of JCT and NEC3/4 forms of contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide full quantity surveying services for Hard FM and engineering project works.
• Manage contract administration duties including interim valuations and final accounts.
• Identify and manage commercial risks ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
