Résumé du poste
A leading engineering firm in Hull and East Yorkshire is seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee the financial performance of high-value projects. This role requires proven experience in the industrial sector, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. You will be responsible for preparing cost reports, managing procurement, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. This position offers a permanent contract in a strategic office environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial or construction sector.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills required.
- Excellent numerical skills and communication abilities needed.
Responsabilités
- Support site-based commercial team across contracts.
- Prepare and manage cost reports and financial forecasts.
- Lead subcontract procurement and negotiations.
