A leading design and construction firm in the UK seeks a Senior Pre-Construction Manager to develop strategies for high-performance workplace projects. This role requires 5-7 years of experience in pre-construction and a strong understanding of design and construction processes. The successful candidate will lead project integration, ensuring successful outcomes by defining project goals, budgets, and plans. A degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying is preferred, alongside strong client presentation skills and commercial awareness.

- 5–7 years’ experience in pre-construction, estimating, or commercial roles.
- Background in fit-out or wider construction environments.
- Strong understanding of design processes, procurement, and construction sequencing.

- Define and lead pre-construction strategy with project teams.
- Shape early feasibility, budgets, programmes, and risk strategies.
- Review designs to identify buildability issues.
