Qualifications

  • MRICS status is desirable but not necessary; full APC support provided.
  • Previous experience in monitoring surveying or strong understanding of the process.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver monitoring surveying services for lenders and financial institutions.
  • Review cost plans, contracts, programmes, and development documentation.
  • Liaise with developers, contractors, and lenders to ensure risks are managed.
  • Support junior colleagues and contribute to the team's development.
