The Opportunity

A leading infrastructure and utilities contractor, backed by significant private investment, is continuing its rapid expansion and now looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to support senior leadership across a range of major frameworks.

This is a key strategic hire, offering the chance to work closely with the senior commercial team on large, high-value projects while helping shape commercial best practice across the business.

The Role
  • Provide commercial support to the senior leadership team across multiple projects.
  • Take ownership of month-end reporting and CVR processes, ensuring strong financial control.
  • Manage cash flow and support project teams in maintaining commercial accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee performance reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial processes.
  • Act as a key point of contact between project teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Support the wider business as it continues to scale and expand its portfolio of work.
About You
  • Proven background in a commercial management or quantity surveying role within construction, infrastructure, utilities, or energy.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and contractual processes, frameworks, and cost control.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
