MH Corporation is a privately-owned property developer and holding company specialising in high-end projects across London. Theirdevelopments typically range from 8-15 units of luxurious, high-specification apartments. Theypride themselves on delivering exceptional quality and style. Currently, theymanage 1-2 projects at any given time, ensuring each is completed to the highest standards.

We are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Project/Senior Site Manager to join and lead theirteam. The successful candidate will be involved in all stages of the projects. You will work with a team that includes the Directors, Quantity Surveyor (QS) and an SM/contractors, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion.
• Managing and coordinating the planning, and execution phases of high-spec residential projects.
• Leading and managing the project team, including QS and Site Manager.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Monitoring project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed.
• Implementing and maintaining health and safety standards on-site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project/Senior Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably within high-end residential projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from cradle to grave.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Preferably with experience working for similar sized private company.
