Description du poste
This is a great opportunity to join the Drake Hall team as a senior psychologist. The post involves leading the Drake Hall Women's Estate Psychology Service (WEPS) team, maintaining a clinical caseload, and working alongside the prison Senior Management Team to reduce risk and increase safety for women in custody and the community.
Responsibilities
Lead the WEPS team and coordinate clinical supervision for trainees.
Maintain and deliver a clinical caseload focused on forensic and safety‑related work.
Provide psychological formulation and multi‑agency support for staff and women.
Engage in parole and sentence planning, and other risk‑management activities.
Collaborate with local operational leaders and broader prison teams.
Qualifications & Experience
HCPC registered Forensic Psychologist.
Professional background in Psychology.
Minimum 18 months post‑registration experience (two years required to formally take up the role).
Experience providing clinical supervision and completing relevant training in evidence‑based treatment models.
Preferred: Chartered Psychologist with membership of the relevant BPS division.
