Job summary
A growing family-run business in Leighton Buzzard is seeking a Lead Design Engineer to take ownership of projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design engineering and proficiency in Autodesk Inventor. You will liaise directly with customers and oversee designs while supporting other engineers. This role offers a salary between £45,000 - £55,000 with benefits including holiday and career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Take projects from cradle to grave, ensuring designs meet customer requirements.
- Liaise directly with customers to understand specifications and deliver tailored solutions.
- Produce 3D designs using Autodesk Inventor.
- Oversee and review designs from other Design Engineers.
