I'm currently working with a well-established and fast-growing company in the UK renewable energy sector that is looking to appoint a Lead Project Manager. This is a key hire for the business and offers long-term stability with a secured pipeline of projects extending well beyond the next five years.
You'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple complex electrical infrastructure projects (typically up to £40M in value), while also leading and mentoring a small team of junior Project Managers. This is a high-impact role with clear career progression potential, working at the forefront of the UK's energy transition.
The Role
As Lead Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of your portfolio-managing projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover. You'll coordinate internal teams, engage with clients, and ensure that delivery meets all quality, safety, and commercial targets.
