Our Client is a leading Construction Contractor who are changing the skylines of the UK's largest cities.

Due to a significant pipeline of projects across the Greater London area they are now looking to appoint a Project Manager to their team.

The role-holder will be responsible for taking large scale High Rise Residential schemes through PCSA Stage and through to delivery stage.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate a track record of working on large scale, high rise residential schemes, leading projects through the Gateway phases of the Building Safety Act and with a proven track record of project delivery as a Project Lead.

Roles Requirements :

• Oversee all site operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, health & safety and client requirements.
• Coordinate project teams including design, commercial and site management.
• Drive programme performance, budget control, and subcontractor management
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Ensure the principle contractors around quality and sustainability standards are upheld throughout.
