Job summary

A leading global facilities management provider is looking for a Project Manager to oversee various healthcare projects across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a recognized technical qualification in the construction industry and at least 5 years of project management experience. You will be responsible for delivering projects, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with policies. Strong client relationship skills and experience in NHS projects are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Recognised technical qualification within the Construction Industry.
• Minimum of 5 years proven Project Management experience.
• Healthcare / NHS experience is advantageous.
• IOSH Managing Safely and / or SMSTS.
• Client relations & management experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of project work on customer sites.
• Liaise with key stakeholders on their requirements.
• Work with developers, designers and sub-contractors to define and document scopes.
• Manage and draw up tenders as required.
• Identify and manage all statutory and commercial risks.
