Business Travel Consultant required for a lovely implant based in Surrey. You will be part of a small team booking travel arrangements using the Amadeus GDS. This is a Monday-Friday office based role with a salary of up to £34,000.

Business Travel Consultant responsibilities :

• Booking all aspects of travel via Amadeus GDS
• Adhering to clients travel policy using preferred suppliers etc
• Ticketing, reissues, revalidations, refunds
• Updating client profiles and monitoring queues

Business Travel Consultant skills required :

• Previous experience as a BTC or working for an airline using a GDS
• Amadeus preferred but may consider cross‑training
• Approachable with excellent customer service skills
• Good organisational skills
• Ticketing knowledge

Additional information :

• Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
• Free onsite parking
