Job summary
A well‑established food manufacturer in the East Midlands seeks a Production or Warehouse Team Leader. This role requires 2–3 years of experience in food manufacturing and the ability to manage teams of 15+ members. Responsibilities include overseeing personnel management, maintaining health and safety compliance, and conducting performance reviews. The position offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern and is ideal for those committed to food safety standards and team leadership.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years’ experience in food manufacturing.
- Experience managing teams of 15 or more.
- Knowledge of CI/Lean Manufacturing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Daily and weekly personnel and performance management.
- Maintain GMPs and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Author accident reports and conduct investigations.
