- Supervise, appraise, and advise Bands 2–6 therapy and support staff.
- Coordinate student placements and support clinical educators.
- Assist in the operational aspects of the musculoskeletal physiotherapy service.
- Participate actively in the weekend working rota.
- Lead specialist projects and service developments.
