Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Recruitment Officer in Liverpool to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes advising on engaging adverts, conducting checks, and supporting both managers and candidates. The successful applicant will have experience using Tribepad, plus a robust background in internal recruitment. This role is a temporary 3-month contract, offering a hybrid working model with 2 days in the office each week. Pay is £22.20 per hour, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have experience using Tribepad.
• Previous internal recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrable experience of providing first class customer service.
• Sound understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience in using applicant tracking or e-recruitment systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide recruitment advice and support to applicants and managers.
• Ensure vacancies are advertised through appropriate channels.
• Review and verify eligibility to work documentation and references.
• Represent the organisation at job fairs and employment events.
• Attend events to engage with communities, schools, and universities.
