Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clear telephone-based advice to clients on HR and Employment Law.
• Manage cases from start to resolution, ensuring a good client experience.
• Keep HR and employment law knowledge up to date.
• Review client documentation and offer constructive feedback.
• Conduct welcome and onboarding calls with new clients.

Education

CIPD Level 3, 5 or 7 (or equivalent)
