Childcare Paralegal (Hybrid) needed in Wolverhampton, £25ph PAYE - Reference: 7069

• Assisting/Supporting solicitors on tasks on public law cases including taking instructions
• Drafting court applications and pleadings
• Preparing and reviewing documents, statements and orders for the purpose of court proceedings
• Liaising with 3rd party agencies to obtain evidence
• Filing and serving documents
• Providing advice where necessary
• Undertaking legal research
• Instructing Counsel and negotiating fees.
• Preparing Bundles
• Independently holding a caseload of private law matters and requests for information
• Case management systems (ideally IKEN) and IT systems inc HMCTS Portal
• Active involvement in client care and business development
• Able to attend the office twice a week

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
