Description
The Commercial Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;
- Providing expert legal advice on a range of commercial matters including tech transformations, cloud and SaaS arrangements, IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing, facilities management outsourcing, logistics, IT licences, & commercial contracts.
- Advising a range of clients across the public and private sector.
- Supporting clients with risk management strategies.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Supporting on business development
Profile
The successful Commercial Solicitor should have:
- Around 1 years PQE
- Proven experience in Commercial law
- Already be working for a law firm or In-house role
- Strong academics
- Ties to Leeds
