Commercial Property Solicitor - Bridgwater

Looking to take the next step in your property law career? This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded Westcountry practice with a strong reputation and multiple offices across the region. The role

You’ll be handling a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property
  • Acquisitions and disposals of offices, retail units, industrial sites, and mixed‑use developments
  • Advising on landlord and tenant issues: lease renewals, rent reviews, assignments, subletting
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and fellow solicitors to ensure seamless transactions
Candidate requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE
  • Solid background in commercial property law and transactional work
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills
