Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2+ years PQE in Wills, Probate, and Private Client work.
• STEP qualification or working towards it is desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Drafting wills and advising on estate planning.
• Administering estates, including intestate estates.
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and dealing with Court of Protection matters.
• Advising clients on inheritance tax and trusts.
