This fully remote role offers flexibility and the opportunity to advise on software licensing and commercial contracts while supporting innovative product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will be a UK-qualified solicitor with 2–6 years of experience in technology law and strong communication skills.

What You’ll Do:
Advise on software licensing, SaaS agreements, IP, and data protection
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners
Support product and engineering teams with legal input across the development lifecycle
Help navigate regulatory frameworks including UK GDPR and cybersecurity
Contribute to legal operations, templates, and internal training
Stay ahead of legal developments in the tech sector and share insights with the business
What We’re Looking For:
? UK-qualified solicitor with 2–6 years PQE
? Experience in technology law, ideally in-house or at a tech-focused firm
? Strong grasp of software licensing and commercial contracting
