- Senior, client-facing position with high visibility and impact

- Collaborate closely with the Personal Injury team to manage awards and trusts
- Flexible hybrid working – typically 2 days in the office per week

- Acting as a professional deputy where needed
- Managing personal injury trusts and awards

- Qualified solicitor with strong Court of Protection experience
- Comfortable in a senior advisory and oversight role
- Knowledgeable on property and affairs deputyship, personal injury trusts, statutory Wills and disputes
- Experienced in managing teams and mentoring others
- Proactive, commercially aware, and client-focused
