Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years PQE of trading or buy-side experience in law.
• Familiarity with MiFID II, FCA Conduct of Business, GDPR, EMIR.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate fund contracts including IMAs and SLAs.
• Draft and negotiate various trading agreements.
