Commercial Property Solicitor (Legal Director), 7+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £80,000+ (DOE)

As the appointed Legal Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strength and success of the Commercial Property department of this leading law firm. JOB REF: 1997.

THE ROLE
  • You will be confident and capable of leading, mentoring, and developing a growing team of commercial property specialists.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships, encouraging repeat and referral business.
  • Represent the firm at networking events, industry forums, and business development initiatives.
  • You will also be responsible for overseeing complex transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leases, and re-mortgages.
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE looking for that next step in their career.
  • A proven track record in team leadership and management.
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to grow client relationships and revenue streams.
